Massage
I use a slow, gentle and calming style of massage with a focus on soothing the nervous system to allow you to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Using light to medium pressure, gliding and kneading strokes, gentle stretches, percussion, friction and pressure points all to help you drift off.

Reflexology
Foot Reflexology
A deeply relaxing treatment which involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet using thumb, finger and hand techniques, leaving you feeling rested and replenished.
Helpful for fatigue, difficulties sleeping, stress reduction.
A non invasive treatment - remain fully clothed under a cosy blanket, just remove shoes and socks.

Facial Reflexology
Facial reflexology works in a similar way to foot reflexology, with the added benefit of working directly on the structures of the face to promote healthy tissue and relieve muscular tension in these areas.
Treatment begins with some grounding breaths and a hot towel cleanse. Organic facial oil is then applied and the facial reflex points worked. A gentle therapy to promote relaxation and enhance sense of wellbeing.
